9.3. Medilisk Health Rewards trial members may receive a 14-day free trial membership. The paying portion of your membership will begin 14 days after your trial has begun. RETURN POLICY

Exchanges & Returns for Individuals


MediLisk offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase to ensure that individuals obtain the correct product in good condition. Only products that have not been worn past the fitting stage, have not been customized and are in their original packaging will be accepted. Contact us weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, except on holidays, at (888) 893-8042.

For Defective Exchanges or Returns:

  • If you have an issue with product workmanship within 30 days, please contact us immediately at (888) 893-8042. We will provide you with an RMA authorization number. Defective exchanges or returns must be received by MediLisk within 15 business days of the RMA authorization number issuance. No defective exchanges or returns will be accepted without an RMA authorization number.

Exchange and refunds on returns will be issued within two business days of MediLisk receiving the original product under the conditions stated above. Replacement shipping is provided free via DHL or Hermes. If you require expedited shipping, it must be paid in full in advance of shipment.
