RETURN POLICY

Exchanges & Returns for Individuals


MediLisk offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase to ensure that individuals obtain the correct product in good condition. Only products that have not been worn past the fitting stage, have not been customized and are in their original packaging will be accepted. Contact us weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, except on holidays, at (850) 988-0203.

For Defective Exchanges or Returns:

  • If you have an issue with product workmanship within 30 days, please contact us immediately at (850) 988-0203. We will provide you with an RMA authorization number. Defective exchanges or returns must be received by MediLisk within 15 business days of the RMA authorization number issuance. No defective exchanges or returns will be accepted without an RMA authorization number.

Exchange and refunds on returns will be issued within two business days of MediLisk receiving the original product under the conditions stated above. Replacement shipping is provided free via DHL or Hermes. If you require expedited shipping, it must be paid in full in advance of shipment.

These policies do not apply to international orders. Please contact MediLisk for information.

Please make sure you follow the above policies for prompt resolution. If these policies are not met, MediLisk may refuse your shipment; you will be notified, and the product may be returned to you at your expense.


Warranty


MediLisk wants you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. All patches are guaranteed against any defect in materials or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase, unless altered or laundered incorrectly (see product insert for instructions).


Right of return


For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you.

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified time period.

Refunds with PayPal and Klarna can take 1 business day and 4-7 business days for credit/debit card payments.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

At our or your election, all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service and/or the Site that are not resolved by mutual agreement may be resolved by binding arbitration to be conducted before J.A.M.S. or its successor. MediLisk shall advance the costs of such binding arbitration, but you agree that should we prevail in the arbitration, MediLisk is entitled to reimbursement of all costs. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, arbitration will be held in Port Washington, before a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties, or if the parties cannot mutually agree, a single arbitrator appointed by J.A.M.S. and will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by J.A.M.S. unless specifically modified in these Terms of Service. The arbitration must commence within forty-five (45) days of the date on which a written demand for arbitration is filed by either party. The arbitrator will have the power to order the production of documents by each party and any third-party witnesses. In addition, each party may take up to three (3) depositions as of right, and the arbitrator will not have the power to order the answering of interrogatories or the responses to requests for admission or the inspection of premises. In connection with any arbitration, each party must provide to the other, no later than ten (10) business days before the date of the arbitration, the identity of all persons that may testify at the arbitration, a copy of all documents that may be introduced at the arbitration or considered or used by a party’s witness or expert, and a summary of the expert’s opinions and the basis for said opinions. Any party refusing to comply with an order of the arbitrators will be liable for costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, incurred by the other party in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of temporary or preliminary injunctive relief, any party may proceed in court without prior arbitration for the purpose of avoiding immediate and irreparable harm.
