RETURN POLICY

Exchanges & Returns for Individuals

MediLisk offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase to ensure that individuals obtain the correct product in good condition. Only products that have not been worn past the fitting stage, have not been customized and are in their original packaging will be accepted. Contact us weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, except on holidays, at (850) 988-0203.

For Defective Exchanges or Returns:

If you have an issue with product workmanship within 30 days, please contact us immediately at (850) 988-0203. We will provide you with an RMA authorization number. Defective exchanges or returns must be received by MediLisk within 15 business days of the RMA authorization number issuance. No defective exchanges or returns will be accepted without an RMA authorization number.

Exchange and refunds on returns will be issued within two business days of MediLisk receiving the original product under the conditions stated above. Replacement shipping is provided free via DHL or Hermes. If you require expedited shipping, it must be paid in full in advance of shipment.

Right of return

You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month’s membership fees. 9.3. Medilisk Health Rewards trial members may receive a 14-day free trial membership. The paying portion of your membership will begin 14 days after your trial has begun. We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a monthly basis for your membership fee until you cancel. To cancel your subscription, send an email to info@medilisk.com or call +1-681-240-1055. Monthly Medilisk Health Rewards membership subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer sends an email to info@medilisk.com or calls +1-681-240-1055 notifying the company that they wish to cancel.

Charges for Prime Commerce LLC's products, services, subscriptions, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes, will be charged to your Payment Method. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of product or subscription that you purchased. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled, when you change your subscription plan or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
